The framework is administered by the independent Tobique Prediction Market Authority and is separate from Tobique's gaming regime.

Operators that meet our standards can apply for a one-year Prediction Market Permit to run fair, transparent and well-supervised markets for participants around the world, subject to the laws of each market they serve.
